The voice overs are not licensed to be broadcast; videos intended to be used as 'paid for' media, such as, YouTube adverts, TV commercials etc, have to be quoted on an individual basis. Your chosen voice over artists will determine the appropriate cost for the usage fee based on the estimated viewing figures for your video.
